Who we are

ReddyEpk Technologies (reddyepk.vercel.app) builds WhatsApp chat and voice calling services for agricultural businesses, such as the Agroes farm-inputs assistant. This is ReddyEpk Technologies' own privacy policy. It covers the data we handle when you message or call one of our WhatsApp business numbers, or when we message or call you.

WhatsApp is run by Meta, which handles your WhatsApp account under its own privacy policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Consent, opt-in and opt-out

We only message you first if you have agreed to hear from us, and we only call you on WhatsApp after you have allowed calls from our number in the WhatsApp chat.

You can withdraw at any time: reply STOP or block our number to end messages, and remove call permission in the WhatsApp chat to end calls. We stop within 24 hours.

What we collect

Your phone number and WhatsApp profile name.

The messages, voice notes, photos and locations you send us.

What is said on voice calls with our assistant, kept as a text transcript with your enquiry. Call audio is not recorded by default.

The enquiries and orders you place: products, quantities, prices quoted and delivery details.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, check stock and prices, and take or follow up your order.

To call you back on WhatsApp about an order, only after you allow calls from our number.

To improve how the assistant understands product names and local language.

Who we share it with

Meta (WhatsApp) carries the messages and calls. Speech recognition, language and voice providers process audio and text in real time to run the assistant. They act on our instructions and do not use your data for their own purposes.

The business whose products you are buying receives your enquiry so it can fulfil it.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and order records are kept for as long as needed to complete the order and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Call audio is processed live and discarded when the call ends.

Delete your data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you. Steps: 1) email reddyepk@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data"; 2) give the WhatsApp phone number you used with us; 3) we confirm the request and delete your messages, transcripts, enquiries and contact details within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices for completed orders.

You can also ask to see or correct your data the same way.

Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
